One.Voltage debugging.The fan is allowed to start at full voltage or reduced voltage, but it should be noted that the rated current is 5-7 times when starting at full voltage, and the step-down starting distance is directly proportional to the square of voltage.When the power grid capacity is insufficient, the step-down starting should be adopted.(when the power is greater than 11kw, the step-down starting is adopted).
2. Operation and commissioning.During the trial operation, the number of people shall not be less than two. One person controls the power supply, the other person observes the operation of the fan, and immediately stops to check the abnormal phenomenon; first, check whether the rotation direction is correct; during the operation of the fan, check whether the operating current of each phase is balanced and whether the current exceeds the rated current. If there is any abnormal phenomenon, the inspection shall be stopped.After running for 5 minutes, stop the machine to check whether the fan is abnormal, and then restart the machine.
3.Speed debugging.When testing the two speed fan, start it at low speed and check whether the rotation direction is correct.When starting at high speed, it is necessary to wait until the fan is stationary to prevent switch tripping and motor damage caused by high-speed reversal.When the fan reaches the normal speed, check whether the input power supply of each phase of the fan is normal, and the running current of the fan shall not exceed its rated current.If the operating current exceeds the rated current, check whether the fan voltage is normal.
4.Safety debugging.For centrifugal fans and fan cases, the required motor power refers to the power not required when the outlet is fully opened under uncertain working conditions, plus mechanical losses and due reserves.If the fan outlet is not connected to the pipe or runs empty without external resistance, the motor is in danger of burning out.For the sake of safety, valves should be added on the inlet and outlet pipes of the fan.When the motor fan is closed, the valve shall be opened slowly after operation until the specified working condition is reached. Attention shall be paid to whether the fan current exceeds the specified value.
