Axial flow fan It is a kind of widely used airflow which is consistent with the blade axis direction. For example, electric fan and external air conditioner fan are axial flow fans.
It is called "axial flow" because the gas flows parallel to the axis of the fan. Axial flow fan is usually used in the situation of high flow requirement and low pressure requirement. The fixed position of axial fan moves air. Axial flow fan is mainly composed of fan impeller and casing. Its structure is simple, but it requires high data.
The causes of fan shaft vibration are as follows:
One. Friction between chassis or air intake and impeller
2. The fan shaft is not parallel to the motor shaft and the pulley is misplaced.
3. Loose rivet or impeller deformation
4. The foundation rivet is loose or the impeller is deformed.
5。 Rotor unbalance caused by dust, dirt, wear or blade bending
6. The matching of impeller shaft disc hole and shaft is loose
7。 The connecting bolts between shell and bracket, bearing seat and bracket, bearing seat and bearing cover are loose
8。 Improper installation and resonance of inlet and outlet pipes of fan
Waterproof tape shall be pasted at the joint of waterproof board and roof panel. Stick waterproof tape on top of full crest on both sides. Paste waterproof silica gel between the plug and color steel plate, and tear off the upper paper. The waterproof base plate is fixed on the roof with at least 10 self tapping screws or rivets.
Place the neck on the base plate, rotate the rotatable part of the neck, and adjust the 90 degree angle of the neck through the level meter to make the neck reach the level. After adjustment, mark the upper and lower rotatable parts of the neck and the line between the neck and the base plate with a colored pen.
Fix the variable angle neck to the base plate with at least four self tapping screws. Align the upper and lower neck of the aluminium rivet and at the same time turn the marking together with the original metal rivet. Secure the four support arms of the turbine head into the slots and secure the turbine head to the variable angular neck with four screws.
