Check the oil supply condition of bearing lubricating oil frequently. If there is oil leakage in the box, the bolts of the end cover can be tightened a little. If this is not good, new sealing packing may have to be used. When the bearing lubricating oil is in normal use, it should be replaced at least once in half a year. When it is used for the first time, it should be carried out after 200 hours of operation. The second oil change time should be 1-2 months. After that, the lubricating oil should be checked once a week. If the lubricating oil does not deteriorate, the oil change can be extended to once every 2-4 months. The lubricating oil of the specified brand must be used during the replacement (as specified in the general drawing) After the old oil in the oil tank is completely drained and cleaned, the new oil can be filled in.

Before installing the new bearing, the bearing and bearing housing must be clean. Put the bearing in the oil with the temperature of about 70-80 ℃ and then install it on the shaft. Do not assemble it by force to avoid damaging the shaft.
